Manage the Full Inventory List for a Menu Template

On the Full Inventory List screen, you can view all the available inventory for a menu template. [Show image.][Hide image.]

  1. On the Menu Templates screen, open the menu template where you want to see a full inventory list.

  2. On the Menu Template Detail screen, click Full Inventory List.

    The screen divides the items up by department. Within each department, the top level categories are displayed by default.

    To expand the table to show all the members of a category, click that category label. You can specify the following information for each member:

    • Is This Item Ordered? – Select or remove items to be ordered. If at least one item has been selected to be ordered, a appears next to the column head. If none are selected, a is displayed.

    • Show on WISR? – Select or remove items to be shown in the WISR report. This option is only available for items that have been ordered.

    • Stock Locations – Identify where the item is physically located in your restaurant.

  3. Click Update to save changes.
